This privacy policy governs the principles governing the collection, processing and storage of personal data. Personal data is collected, processed and stored by the personal data controller Abiprint OÜ with registration number 10933224, www.printmeeasy.fi (hereinafter: data processor).

Abiprint OÜ processes user data as a controller pursuant to Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as repealing Directive 95/46 / EC).

In the context of the privacy policy, the data subject is the customer or other natural person whose personal data is processed. In the context of a privacy policy, a customer is a person who registers on the data controller's website www.printmeeasy.fi.

Abiprint OÜ follows the principles of data processing provided by legislation, including the processing of personal data in a legal, fair and secure manner. Abiprint OÜ can confirm that personal data has been processed in accordance with legislation.

Collection, processing and storage of personal data

Personal data is collected electronically, mainly through a website and email. When transmitting his personal data, the data subject grants the data controller the right to collect and use for the purposes set out in the privacy policy the personal data that the data subject provides directly or indirectly to the data controller when purchasing goods or services from the website. The data subject is responsible for the accuracy, correctness and completeness of the data transmitted to him. Deliberate misrepresentation is considered a violation of our privacy policy. The data subject is obliged to immediately inform the data processor of any changes in the submitted data. The data controller shall not be liable for damage caused to the data subject or to third parties if the data subject submits false data. Abiprint OÜ is the chief processor of personal data, Abiprint OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. 

Processing of customers' personal data

The data processor may process the following personal data of the data subject: first and last name, date of birth, telephone number, email address, recipient's address, current account number, and bank card data. The data controller can process the following data about the user's activities: IP address and cookies. In addition to the above, the data processor has the right to collect customer data available in open registers.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data

The processing of personal data shall take place in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a), (b), (c) and (f) of the first paragraph of Chapter II of the General Data Protection Regulation:

(a) where the personal data subject has consented to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;

(b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps on behalf of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;

(c) processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;

(f) processing is necessary for purposes which are in the legitimate interest of the controller or of a third party, unless the interests of the data subject or the fundamental rights and freedoms requiring the protection of personal data take precedence over such interests, in particular where the data subject is a child.

Purposes of the processing of personal data

Abiprint OÜ implements all necessary organizational and IT security measures to ensure the protection of personal data, following the principles mentioned in this privacy policy. User accounts and related personal information are usually retained until the end of the respective online services. Users have the right to request the deletion of the account and all related data. After the submission of such an application, the account and related data shall be deleted from the information system of Abiprint OÜ if one calendar year has passed since the date of submission of the application.

Users may only upload photos and images that are copyrighted to www.printmeeasy.fi. The data controller has the right to retain personal data until the expiry of the copyright or related rights related to the uploaded materials. Long-term retention of data is necessary to ensure proper copyright protection. If the person who uploaded the material or a third party whose personal data contains the material submits a request to the data processor to delete personal data or material containing such data, Abiprint OÜ shall delete the material if the disclosure of personal data significantly violates the rights of that person.

The processing of personal data in the context of competitions for the upload of copyright works follows the same principles. In the case of campaigns involving the distribution of certain prizes, the data controller first asks users for consent to the processing of the personal data collected. For non-copyrighted projects, personal data will be stored and used only to announce winners and award prizes. All data will be deleted from the data controller's system as soon as the purpose for which the data were collected is reached. The data controller stores the IP addresses of the persons who participated in the online surveys until the completion of the surveys so that each user can answer the survey only once.

The data controller has the right to transfer customers' personal data to third parties, such as authorized data processors, accountants, transport companies, courier services and payment service providers.

Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to: gain access to and examine his or her personal data; receive information about the processing of your data; supplement and / or correct your data. If the data processor processes personal data on the basis of the data subject's consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time. To exercise their rights, the data subject may contact customer support at info@printmeeasy.fi. In order to protect his or her rights, the data subject may submit a complaint to the Data Protection Inspectorate.

Final Provisions

The data controller has the right to change the data protection conditions in part or in full by notifying the data subjects of the changes via the website www.printmeeasy.fi.
